Biography
Stuart Alford is a Massachusetts attorney with over three decades of experience in Landlord-Tenant Law, Bankruptcy, and Wills, Estates, and Trusts. He has represented hundreds of clients before the Massachusetts Housing Court, Trial Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Alford managed residential real estate, gaining practical experience he now draws on in his current work representing both landlords and tenants, including individuals, corporations, and municipal housing authorities. He also handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters for individuals and small businesses.
Mr. Alford has conducted legal seminars for community groups, appeared on local radio programs, and served on the board of a local non-profit. In his free time, he enjoys technology, reading, volunteerism, and traveling with his wife.
